CWA Local 1180’s quarterly magazine, the Communique, has consistently garnered top awards in the Metro New York Labor Communications Council and the International Labor Communications Association contests. Competing against some of the country's best labor publications, the Communique repeatedly stands out in categories for both writing and graphic design, while Local 1180's outreach campaigns and social media programs take the highest of honors.
